Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing with Gongs
Sound Healing + Restorative Yoga is a perfect combination for total relaxation.
Join Jennifer Heminger, yoga instructor + Massage therapist and Annette Barret, yoga instructor + sound healer
As the props relieve your muscles and bones of their roles of support and action, your nervous system becomes quieter. Layers of tension melt away and you learn to be present to the vibrations of the gong, which stimulate the body into a healing state.
This workshop will be limited to 10 participants so that each person can receive an individual sound healing and the added benefit of hands on touch with advanced assisting to support your relaxation process.
Investments $75 per person, $65 early bird if registered before March 13th
Sunday, March 23rd 3pm-5pm
At Shasta Yoga

“We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.”
